Description

Approximately 300 acres of steep, mostly native pasture, with good tree coverage and plenty of water.

5 large dams with additional gravity fed tank and trough system that can be turned on and off to particular paddocks.

Property includes mainly 7 strand wire fencing (2 barb, 5 plain), with 3 large main paddocks connected via laneway to yards, with race, crush and scales.

Also included is a 4th smaller, flatter paddock closer to the house (occupied) for stock to settle in or for calving etc. There are a handful of cattle already present on the site but are kept in their own paddocks closer to the house.

Plenty of feed currently available – mostly native pasture with areas of kikuyu. Some of the steeper country has tussock grass, but with good native feed underneath.
