Description

Approximately 30 acres of previously pasture improved paddocks, currently with some old olive trees planted within. Good water via multiple dams and area divided up into 3 paddocks. Fencing is excellent, with 7 strand wire ( 5 barb, 2 plain), with ,mainly steel posts. A good set of yards for small numbers of animals and loading ramp, but no crush. Looking for short term agistment 6 months, with a possibility to extend, but would suit growing out young heifers or fattening steers. Plenty of good feed at the moment, and some good recent rain means this will continue through the summer months.
