Description

200 acres of mixed grazing country. Located next to the Severn River. The available paddocks consist of approximately 100 acres of native grasses, with some thick kikuyu and paspalum along the river. The remaining 100 acres have been sown to Oats or re-seeded Sorghum that should be ready for grazing in Spring. Good fencing, multiple paddocks to rotate stock through, brand new set of yards with a crush and a ramp (only set up for smaller numbers). Water via the river, dams and troughs.
