Description

630 acres of largely natural pastures, with approximately 100 acres previously pasture improved contoured farming country. This property has been destocked for a number of years and is currently enjoying a good season with a good body of feed. The majority of the property is hilly country with largely dead Cypress trees with good feed underneath. There are 3-4 dams with backup tank fed troughs. A set a cattle yards is available for use as well. Property fenced into some small and larger paddocks, but a large portion of the timbered area is unfenced. Owner used to run 60-70 head prior to the last drought.
